| 摘 要： | 湖北官钱局是清末时期规模庞大的地方性金融机构;在其鼎盛时期,对湖北地方经济发展作用显著。辛亥之后,国民政府与湖北省政府围绕其产业的争夺逐步展开,国民政府先后两次宣布将湖北官钱局收归中央,湖北省政府亦两次抗议要求归还。在这一过程中,显示出民国时期中央与地方的合作与冲突。最终双方相互妥协,湖北官钱局被有条件地归还地方。

| Abstract: | Hubei Official Monetary Bureau（HOMB）,or Hubei provincial bank,was a large-scale local financial institution in the late Qing Dynasty,which in its prime played a marked role in local economy.After the Revolution of 1911,fighting over the control of HOMB began to develop between the national government and Hubei provincial government.The national government announced twice to confiscate HOMB,while the other side protested twice demanding that HOMB be returned.In the end,conflicts and cooperation between the national and local governments led to compromise between both sides,and HOMB was returned to the local government,yet with conditions. |
