互联网对青年干部成长的影响及其对策

日益兴盛发达的互联网对于我国的青年干部教育工作产生了重要影响,其积极影响体现在：互联网实现了培训手段的多元化;有助于青年干部增长见闻,了解现实社会;有利于监督、约束各级青年干部。但是互联网对于青年干部教育也存在着不容忽视的消极影响：互联网上的无中心主义、多元思潮在消解着青年干部的凝聚力、向心力;过多的网络负面消息会动摇青年干部的社会主义信念;网上反动、迷信、色情、腐朽内容会毒害青年干部。为了扬长避短,克服互联网的不利影响,我们需要采取以下措施：开展网络法制建设;对青年干部开展媒介素养教育;建立健全官方网站,传播主流声音。

Influence of Internet on the development of young cadres

Ever growing Internet has great influence on the education of young cadres in China.The positive influences can be seen in young cadre training with Internet providing vast information to broaden their horizons,exposing them to social reality,and offering convenience to supervise them.However,the passive influences cannot be ignored： surge of various thoughts and excessive negative information may melt their determination to construct socialism;and such decaying content as reactionary ideas,superstition and pornography may poison the young cadres.To overcome the negative effects of Internet,the following measures are highly recommended： constructing the legal system concerning Internet and its use,offering young cadres training programs in the use of media,and building official websites to publicize main stream values.
