| 摘 要： | 制度的信用建设既要依靠非正式信用制度的建设,更要依靠正式信用制度建构。正式信用制度主要是指社会性正式组织通过制定制度规则,规定和约束并依靠一定组织监督实施的信用规范体系。主要包括政府信用、经济信用、法律信用的建设。
