大学生自主创业活动的生命周期 及其扶持对策研究

以创业促就业是扩大高校毕业生就业途径的重要举措。大学生创业工作取得了重大进展,但仍存在创业教育薄弱、政策扶持不够、创业成功率和创业质量不高等问题。研究发现,大学生自主创业活动呈现一定的周期性,不利因素主要集中在创业活动的孕育期、尝试期和衰退期三个阶段,高校、政府和其他有关方面应有针对性地进行积极扶持,提高大学生创业成功率,使以创业促就业工作取得更大成效。

Research on Life Circle of College Graduates' Self-employment and Relevant Support Policy

It is an important step to encourage college graduates to be self-employed instead of obtaining employment to consequently expand employment opportunities.There are still some problems such as weakness of self-employment education,inadequate support from the government policies,low rate and low quality of successful cases,though college graduates’ self-employment significantly proceeds.Research conveys that college graduates’ self-employment presents periodicity with its demerits mainly through stages of preparation,attempting,and recession.It is necessary for colleges,government,and other organizations involved to support to make college graduates’ self-employment sufficient and successful.
