基层党员教育问题研究

经调查,目前在基层党员教育过程中存在的问题是:党员去向掌握难,活动开展难,管理落实难,党费收缴难,作用发挥难。还存在权力错位问题,理想信念淡化问题,民营企业中党员的教育问题。针对这些问题,应该理论联系实际,增强教育的针对性;根据不同对象,增强教育的灵活性;分层次、多样化,讲求教育的实效性。另外还要注意加强对社区、企业、农村和流动党员等特殊领域里党员的管理和教育。

Through investigating,the existing problem in the course of the basic level Party member's education is at present:Party member's whereabouts is difficult to grasp,the activity is difficult to launch,management is difficult to implement,the party member-ship dues are difficult to take over and function is difficult to give play to.In addition,existed the issue on power misplace,property.the issue on the ideal and faith desalinize and question on party sprit and private property.To these questions,should combine theory and practic e together,strengthen educational pertinence;According to different target,strengthen the flexibility educated.Still should pay attention to strengthenning the management and education of the Party member in the special field,such as in the community,en-terprise,countryside and flowing in addition.
