| Abstract: | The key of the higher education development consists in the teacher,setting up the university teacher of the index sign system,developping to investigating function with encourage ment,in order to be in reasonable evaluation of the work accomplishment of the university teacher,make the best use of teacher,promote the teacher to make the performance,increase the level and the quantity continuously with the performance,pushing the higher education business to develop soon and quickly. |
