| 摘 要： | 图书错架和乱架现象是图书管理中急需解决的问题。为了提高图书借阅服务效率，应加强对读者的宣传教育。推行量化管理法，在公开、公正和公平的基础上。科学设王考棱内容和量化标准。实行书架专人负责制。设立中转书架，定期清点和细分细排图书。

| Abstract: | The phenomenon of mis-placinging and chaotically laying of books is an urgent problem to be solved. In order to improve the efficiency of library loan services, it is necessary to provide more publications and information to readers, meanwhile to adopt quantitative management methods. Based on open, fair and equal grounds, it is to establish scientifically assessment and quantization criteria, to promote the systems of individual responsihitiy, to set relay shelves, and classify and arrange books on a regular basis. |
