| 摘 要： | 将０．４％秋水仙素与３％二甲亚砜混合液注入成龄桑生长锥，可诱变产生四倍体枝条．有的桑树品种老条三年累计诱导率达７５％．成龄桑树老条产生的四倍体可提早开花，提早与二倍体杂交培育三倍体 |

Studies on Tetraploid Mulberry with Chemomorphosis |

| Abstract: | Tetraploid branches have been induced by treating growing point grown mulberry with 0.4% colchicine and 3% dimethylsulfoxide solution.The induction rate of tetraploids in some varieties added up to 75% in successive 3 years of the treatment.The tetraploid branches from grown mulberry flower earlier for the cross breeding of triploid varieties. |
