| 摘 要： | 在解读“证券投资基金治理机制”的概念基础上,着重对我国证券投资基金法所塑造的基金治理机制不足之处作了分析,提出了明确基金份额持有人大会的法律地位、健全其话语权表达机制、建立以独立董事制度为中心和强化基金托管人对基金管理的监管权等改革措施,来完善治理机制。
