规范名词术语 繁荣民族文化

术语规范化既是一种文化创造活动,也是一种文化传播活动,少数民族语文术语规范是少数民族社会文化活动的基础建设和重要内容。名词术语的规范化对促进民族语文的规范化、标准化,对发展少数民族地区的信息处理、知识传播、技术传递、科技文化教育、新闻出版,以及消除本民族语文内外的交流障碍等都具有非常重要的意义。目前我国少数民族语文的名词术语规范化工作取得了一些可喜的成绩,但也存在一些问题。本文试对术语规范化工作的现状、重要性、原则及方法进行探讨,提出规范名词术语的一些可行性建议,以期引起社会各界的重视,使名词术语规范化工作提高到一个新的水平。

Standardizing Terms and Prospering Ethnic Culture

Term standardization is both a cultural creation activity and a cultural spread activity.The standardization of terms in ethnic minority languages is the basic construction and important content of ethnic minority social cultural activity.The standardization of noun terms has significant importance for promoting standardization of ethnic minority languages,developing information technology in ethnic minority regions,spreading knowledge and technology,science and technology and cultural education,news publishing as well as eliminating exchange obstacles in and out of ethnic minority groups.Nowadays,the standardization work in China has achieved a lot,but there are some issues.This article analyses the present situation,the importance,principles and method of standardization and puts forward some suggestion about noun term standardization,hoping to appeal the social attention and push the work into a higher level.
