Comparative Analysis and Policy Orientation of Economic Efficiency of Various Ownership

The paper tries to theoretically explain the meaning and importance of non-public economy to the national economic development. Firstly, from the theory that the ownership structure is determined by the level of productive forces, it explains that our country must adopt the mode for multiple ownership structure to bring about a joint development, including the development of non-public economic development because of its multiple levers of productive forces. Secondly, the characteristics and efficiency of various kinds of ownership structure are compared and the reasons of the widening gaps between Shaanxi province and eastern developed provinces from the ownership structure conditions and the proportion of non-public economy in ownership economy are analyzed. Finally, some advice and policy tendencies of how to develop non-public ownership economy in Shaanxi province are presented.
