| 摘 要： | 政务公开、提高政务工作透明度 ,是当前的一个热门话题 ,近年来在实践上进展迅速 ,在理论研究上不断升温。本文就政务公开概念上的争论 ,政务工作透明度在国内外发展概况 ,我国当前推行政务公开、提高政务工作透明度的重大意义等几个问题进行了分析论述。

| Abstract: | Publicity and improvement of the transparency of government affair are substantial to transfer the government function, change working. Recently, this task is working well in practice and becoming mutual in theory. This paper starts with the concept of the publicity and transparency of government affair and the phylogeny of this affair in China and abroad. The particular focus is on the importance of pushing this policy and my opinions on some debating issues. |
