| 摘 要： | 在后金融危机时代,我国最稀缺的资源不是资本与自然资源,而是企业家精神,尤其是企业家创新精神及其行为,企业家创新行为与企业成长有着密切的联系。本文拟基于企业生命周期视角,分析企业家创新行为与企业成长的相互作用规律,探索企业家创新行为在企业成长各阶段的工作要点,并据此提出:在企业的初创期与转型及再成长期,企业家应更多地致力于突破性创新;在企业的成长期与成熟期,企业家应更多地致力于维持中的渐进式创新。
