The Relations between China and Russia for the 21st Century

After China and Russia established the diplomacy relations,the two countries have gone through a process of healthy development in ten years,and built strategic companions ties of equal confidence for the 21st century.However,there are some negative factors in the development,China and Russia have extensive cooperation foundation in various fields for the new century;common strategic benefit in policy;economic complementarity and huge cooperation potentiality;and some protective measures of solution these conflicts.So,multisupport and strengthening coopenation are main ways of the ties of China and Russia for the 21st century.
