| 摘 要： | 由于现行的土地公有制形式在理论上和实践上存在着模糊性 ,致使目前土地管理制度存在缺陷。通过分析现行土地管理制度所带来的负面作用 ,提出改革现行土地管理机制的两种选择思路 :其一是土地私有化 ;其二是明确国家对土地绝对占有的方式

| Abstract: | The land of public owned can not be divided clearly theoretically. In fact there are some illegibilities. As the result, there are always some defects in the land consolidation. Discussing the bad influence of the land consolidation are still existing now. There are two ways we provided about the land consolidation: one is to change the public owned land into the privately owned, and the other is to define that the land is possessed by the state absolutely. |
