| 摘 要： | 师资水平是影响高职教育质量好坏的决定因素，而良好的师资队伍建设则是保证高质量师资水平的基础。本文通过对国外高职教育师资队伍建设的分析，提出对我国高职教育师资建设的启示，力求为高职教育的师资队伍建设提供一定的参考和借鉴价值。

| Abstract: | The quality of teaching staff is the key to the success of higher vocational education. Good construction is the basic guarantee of high quality teaching staff. By analyzing the construction of teaching staff in foreign countries, this paper puts forwards some valuable proposals for the construction of teaching staff for HVE in China. |
