员工金钱心理特征及其与工作、生活满意度关系研究

运用自编“金钱心理问卷”和“生活、工作满意度问卷” ,在上海、南京、西宁三个城市随机抽样调查企业管理人员 2 0 4人。对调查结果统计分析发现 ,中国员工金钱心理因素包括 10个方面 :成功、非激励、预算、坏、挣钱、好、捐款、尊重、动力、公平 ;可以划分为四种类型 :金钱排斥者、金钱冷漠者、金钱不满者、金钱崇拜者。文章进一步分析了员工金钱心理因素与其生活、工作满意度的相关 ,以及不同金钱心理类型的人在生活、工作满意度上的差异性。

Endorsement of Money Ethics, Job, and Life Satisfaction:the Case of Full- Time Employees in China

This study surveyed randomly 204 employees in Nanjing, Shanghai, and Xining with the Money Ethics Scale (MES) and the Questionnaire of Income and Life Satisfaction developed by us. The results show that there are 10 factors of MES (Good, Evil, Make Money, Budget Money, Charitable Giving, Equity, Success, Respect, Intrinsic, Motivator) and four money attitude profiles (Achieving Money Worshiper, Careless Money Admirer, Apathetic Money Handler, and Money Repeller) in Chinese employees. Further, the study analyses statistically the relation among the factors of MES, job and life satisfaction, and the differences of job and life satisfaction among four money attitude profiles.
