论农村留守儿童的监护问题

改革开放以来,随着我国经济的快速发展和城市化进程的加快,大量的农村劳动力涌入城市。受到城乡二元体制等因素的制约,许多进城务工人员都将子女留在了农村。这些留守儿童由于父母监护的缺失,普遍出现了性格缺陷、心理问题甚至违法犯罪行为。针对这些问题,要提出应对策略,以期完善农村留守儿童监护的法律制度并建立起保障农村留守儿童健康成长的长效机制。

On the Issue of Custody of Children Left in Rural Areas

With the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization,a large number of rural labors pour into the cities.Restricted by dual urban-rural structure and other factors,many children of migrant workers will stay in the rural.Just because of the absence of custody,most of the children show deficiency in personalities,problems in mind and even commit crime.To solve these problems,this paper proposes some measures to improve the legal system about the care of children left in rural areas and establish the long-term healthy development mechanism.
