智力资源开发与提高区域竞争力对策研究

随着知识经济和全球化进程的加快,区域在物质资本的竞争正逐渐减弱,智力资本开始成为区域经济发展的重要力量,成为区域竞争力的核心要素。文章旨在以地方高校科技文化为先导的智力资源开发建设对齐齐哈尔地区经济发展和社会发展的促进作用。通过对齐齐哈尔地区区域竞争力的现状进行分析,找出齐齐哈尔地区智力资源开发存在的问题,从而探求加强智力资源开发与提高齐齐哈尔地区区域竞争力的对策。

Research on Countermeasure in Exploitation of Intellectual Resources and Improvement of Regional Competitiveness

With the rapid progress of knowledge economy and globalization,the effect of region is decreasing in the competing material capital.Intellectual capital is becoming the significant force in the development of regional economy and becomes the core element of regional competitiveness.This paper aims to accelerate the regional economy development and social development of Qiqihar city by using the exploitation and construction of intellectual resources with in the guide of college science lecture.During the analyzing of present regional competitiveness in Qiqihar city,the thesis tends to find out the problem in the exploitation intellectual resources,hence to explore the countermeasure of the improvement of the exploitation of intellectual resources and the regional competitiveness.
