| Abstract: | Poor assets of human capital is a serious problem that affects adversely the investment returns of human capital. This article defined the concept of poor assets of human capital,disussed factual significance of poor assets,established accounting ideas for investment returns of human capital and briefly explicated its improvement from both the macro and micro aspects. |
