| 摘 要： | 结合最新数据分析辽宁省高校毕业生就业现状，从政府、高校、企业和毕业生4个角度总结出高校毕业生就业压力的成因。通过对政府就业政策、高等教育模式、用人单位招聘观念和毕业生应聘观念的深入研究，提出加强政府部门宏观调控、加快高校培养体制改革、树立用人单位科学公平的人才观、转变毕业生传统就业观念等缓解辽宁省高等教育发展进程中高校毕业生就业压力的对策。
