| 摘 要： | 生态工业、循环经济和可持续发展是当今环保战略的三个主要发展方向,三者既有联系,又有各自明确的理论、实践和运行方式。环境管理从生态工业延伸到循环经济和可持续发展的相关领域有其必然性和合理性,循环经济和可持续发展战略的前提是生态工业,人类社会的发展是由生态工业向循环经济推进,最终实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Eco-industry, circular economy and sustainable development are the three main streams in the development of today’s environmental strategy. This paper, after an introduction to contents of the three, indicates that they have relation in common but each has its own theories, practices and operational modes. Then this paper points out and analyses theoretically that eco-industry is the prerequisite and essence for circular economy and sustainable development. The human development continuations is promoted from eco-industry to circular economy and finally realizing sustainable development. |
