胜任力理论及高校辅导员选聘机制的优化

摘    要:高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,加强辅导员队伍建设的关键是做好辅导员的选聘工作.目前广泛运用于人才测评的胜任力理论,对高校辅导员选聘工作具有重要的理论与实践意义.高校在辅导员选聘中应建立以辅导员队伍建设规划为指导,以辅导员胜任力模型为标准,以多方位的测评方式为手段的选聘机制.

Abstract:College counselors are the backbone force in the ideological and political education of college students,doing the work of hiring counselors well is the foundation of strengthening widely used in the personnel evaluation,the contingent of counselors.At present,the Competency Theory has an important guiding and practical significance in the hiring work of counselors.The colleges should establish an hiring mechanism of counselors.That mechanism should accord to the construction planning of counselors,the model of Competency Theory and multi-faceted evaluation methods.
