| 摘 要： | 面对农村产业结构的不断变化,小城镇的文化建设越来越受到人们的关注。基于小城镇文化建设的实际,分析了新形势下小城镇文化建设的新特点及存在的问题,提出了以创新精神促进小城镇文化建设健康发展的新思路。
