| 摘 要： | 化学物质审查制度是防范化学物质风险,进行化学物质管理的重要制度之一。日本、美国和欧盟较早建立该制度,并已经发展的相当成熟。通过对这三个国家（地区）的化学物质审查制度各因素的比较,分析其发展趋势,将对我国化学物质审查制度的完善大有裨益。
