| 摘 要： | 组织是一切管理活动取得成功的基础。教育技术项目管理作为教育技术领域一种新型的管理方式,其组织结构与传统组织有不同之处。以"项目经理"为矩阵式组织结核心的"矩阵式项目组织结构"能够有效避免传统职能型组织的缺点。教育技术项目组织设计应遵循权变原则和责权对称原则。
