论校园网络文化建设的层次与重点

高校校园网络文化是一种新型的校园文化，对和谐校园建设具有重要作用。校园网络文化建设包含两个层次上的内容，即“校园网络的文化”和“校园的网络文化”，前者重在建设、管理、服务，后者重在教育、引导、培养，要把握工作重点，有针对性地开展工作。
