| 摘 要： | 实现中部地区经济崛起,就必须从立法、执法和司法等环节上做到维护竞争秩序与保障经济安全两者并重。竞争法律秩序是实现中部崛起的基础,经济安全是中部崛起的保障,培育本地区企业的竞争力是中部崛起的必由之路,地方政府是促进中部崛起的核心力量。

Competition law order is the foundation, economic safety is the guarantee, competitive strength of the firm is the only road, and the main force comes out of the local government. |
