| 摘 要： | 随着当前城市化和现代化的发展 ,市场经济条件下的社区管理内涵不断扩大 ,物业管理与社区建设出现了许多矛盾与碰撞。为了更好地推动社区建设与物业管理的协调发展 ,必须解决物业管理与社区建设协调发展的相关理论 ,分析二者的关系及其内涵 ,探索社区建设与物业管理相融性发展的方法与途径。
