| 摘 要： | 购并是企业发展壮大的必由之路，尤其是对于当前经济形式下的中国民营企业。但进行购并活动同时也具有巨大的风险，所以购井前进行廑慎的部署和科学的评估是非常必要的，结合中国的实际情况来看，购并能否成功的关键应是目标企业的选择。

| Abstract: | Merging and acquisition are the necessary way for Chinese enterprises to develop and grow up,especially for the Chinese private enterprises under the current economic circumstances.But risks must be taken into account for thay are all around in these activities.So it is important for us to arrange carefully and evaluate effectively before we start merging and acquisition.The company you select is crucial for your success. This thesis is about the theory of how to select the company in accordance with the Chinese reality. |
