| 摘 要： | 在明确旅游产业结构优化度量内涵的基础上，分析建立旅游产业结构优化度量的原则，并建构旅游产业结构优化的度量指标体系及其评价模型。依据该评价体系和模型，利用张家界2003-2008年统计年鉴相关数据分析验证区域旅游产业结构优化度量评价的指标体系及其模型的适用性。通过计算得出了张家界旅游产业结构度量值呈下降趋势的结果，印证了世界旅游组织指出的发展中国家将不可避免遇到旅游产业结构非优化矛盾的结论．为张家界旅游业的发展提供决策参考？

| Abstract: | This article, first discusses the connotation of measurement to evaluate the system of the structural optimization of the regional tourist industry, then analyzes the principles for such a measurement, and offers an measurement norm system and its evaluation model. According to the evaluation system and model, Zhangjiajie＇s data between 2003 to 2008 was taken to verify the usability of this system and model. The result shows that the fact that Zhangjiajie＇s declining measurement value affirms the conclusion drawn by World Tourism Organization that in developing countries the tourist industry suffers from unavoidable structural non-optimization problems. It also provides a good reference for decision making for Zhangjiajie to boost its tourist industry. |
