研究生教学材料的归档初探

研究生管理材料及学位论文的立卷归档工作,是高校教学档案立卷归档工作中一项比较繁重的工作。而学位论文材料的立卷归档方法仍沿用原有的方法,与目前高校高效、准确、现代的发展格局来比较,显然是已跟不上形势,如何对这项工作进行改革,来适应发展,使档案更好地服务于高校,文章从目前现状、存在问题加以分析,阐述了具体措施: 1. 从材料的形成规律和内容性质来正确区分研究生归档材料的类别; 2. 对于研究生的学位论文,应把存贮论文的光盘归档,而纸质论文作资料管理。

Exploration and Reformation of the Filing of Postgraduate Materials

The management of postgraduate materials and the filing of their dissertations are a heavy job in the placement of college educational archives. The amount of the work is so great that it is not only time-consuming but also laborious. In addition, the traditional filing of dissertations can not keep pace with the efficient, accurate and modern development of college archives. Therefore, it is of vital importance to carry out reforms to adapt to the development and provide better service for college education. This paper first analyses the situation and existing problems, and then puts forward two improving measures: 1. The sort of filing materials of postgraduates should be correctly distinguished in terms of their formation and content; 2. Disc dissertation and paper dissertation should be placed respectively.
