| 摘 要： | 本论文通过对黑龙江省从业人员、人力资本、行业人力资本和地区人力资本数据进行估算和评价,揭示了黑龙江省人力资本的平均水平、结构、行业分布、地区分布与黑龙江省经济增长的数量关系,比较了人力资本水平、人力资本结构与经济增长之间的关系,阐发了人力资本因素在黑龙江区域经济发展中的作用,并提出了黑龙江省人力资本开发利用的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | By estimating and evaluating the data of the people with jobs,the capital of manpower,the professional capital of manpower and regional capital of manpower,this paper presents the relationship between the capital of manpower and the economic growth in the average level,structure,professional distribution and regional distribution of capital of manpower in Heilongjiang Province,it also judges the function of capital of manpower in the development of regional economy in Hei Longjiang by comparing the relation among the level of capital of manpower,the structure of capital of manpower and the economic growth,and thus puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions of exploring and utilizing the capital of manpower in Heilongjiang Province. |
