| Abstract: | Deng Xiaopin's thoughts of human rights are formed from three theoretical resources: Marx and Engles' basic standpoints and ideas concerning human rights, Mao Zedong's ideas of human rights, and the positive achievements in the development of modern human rights theory. It also has three historical and realistic foundations: the history, state and tendencies in the development of world human rights, the experiences and miscarriages of socialist countries in dealing with the issues of human rights, and the acute struggles in the field of human rights at home and abroad. |
