| 摘 要： | 随着新世纪以来高等教育的大发展、大改革、大提高，社会对高等教育的关注度大大增强，高校和社会的联系也越来越紧密。做好高校新闻宣传，必须加强新闻策划，对现有的新闻线索和新闻资源进行统筹安排，通过精选题材、捕捉热点、挖掘细节等手段，充分挖掘报道对象的新闻价值，提高宣传的质量和效率，从而达到树立高校品牌和形象，营造良好的外部发展环境的目的。
