| 摘 要： | 罗素通过分析人的愿望和冲突等心理行为,对政府的合法性来源、什么是人类应该追求的善和正当的政府行为以及通往人类幸福之路等政治问题作出了详尽的回答,从而开辟了对政治伦理探索的行为动力学途径.罗素的政治伦理思想在现代西方政治伦理思想史上占据着重要地位,并对现代西方各种政治思潮产生了不可忽视的影响.

| Abstract: | After analyzing a person's wishes, conflicts and some other psychological behavior Bertrand Russell has given detailed answers to political issues like the origin of government legitimacy, what is good and legitimate government behavior human should pursue, the way to well-being etc. In this manner, he opened up a way of dynamic study into exploring political ethics. Russell's political ethics ideas occupy a very important position in the history of modern Western political ethic ideas and have been affecting modern Western political thoughts indelibly. |
