城市女农民工生存状况的社会资本理论分析——陕西省城市女农民工生存状况的调查

社会资本是影响个人行动能力以及生活质量的重要资源.城市女农民工所拥有的私人关系型社会资本、组织型社会资本以及制度型社会资本存量相对不足,致使她们处于城市社会的边缘状态.制约女农民工社会资本生成的因素主要有:低水平的人力资本、同质性较高的私人关系网络、较低的社会组织参与程度以及缺位的制度体制保障等.政府、社会及个体有意识地建构和增加女农民工社会资本存量将是改善这一群体生存现状的重要途径.

Social Capital is an important resource to impact people's behavior capability and living standard.However,the urban female off-farm workers handle relatively less social capital such as private relationship,organization and system,so that they live in a marginal position within the city.The factors to restrict social capital flowing to female off-farm workers include that the human resources is in a lower level,the private relationship net has no difference,the participation to the social organizations is pretty less and the security system is insufficient.Therefore,it is important for government,society and individual to increase the social capital female off-farm workers and improve the surviving situation.
