| 摘 要： | 美国“台湾联线”是参众两院议员针对台湾问题成立的非正式组织。它的成立有着深厚的历史基础。美国国会内部一直存在着一些亲台反华的议员群体,其在不同的历史时期有着不同的表现,但在内涵上有着继承性。美国国会“中国帮”、“台湾帮”、“台湾联线”三者之间既有联系,又有所区别。我国应该加强对美国国会议员的公关工作。

| Abstract: | American Taiwan Caucus is an informal organization formed in American House of Representatives and the Senate on the Taiwan issue.Its establishment has very profound historical basis.In American Congres,has always been groups which are pro-Taiwan and anti-PRC.And it has different connotations in different periods."China Bloc"、 "Taiwan Bloc"、"Taiwan Caucus" in American Congress are related but there are differences among them.China should strengthen its public relations work among Congressional members. |
