元朝、清朝治理云南边疆民族思想之比较

作为先后在中原历史舞台上出现的两个少数民族建立的政权,元、清统治者在治边思想上有着相似的地方。但由于所处时代以及面临的时代问题不尽相同,元、清统治者在对云南边疆的认识及治理思想上亦存在着较为明显的差异。受治边思想的支配,就使元、清两代在经营云南地区的具体做法上既有相似之处即清对元的继承,也有清朝基于时代的发展而具有的一些独到之处,表现出历史发展的阶段性。

Comparison of Governing Thoughts of the Yunnan Border Area between the Yuan Dynasty and Qing Dynasty

Yuan Dynasty and Qing Dynasty,the two political powers established successively by the minorities in the south area of Yellow River,rulers of them have the similarities in governing the border areas.As they are in different times and different problems confronted,rulers of them also have an obvious difference in understanding and governing the Yunnan border area.Directed by their governing thoughts,the Yuan Dynasty and Qing Dynasty have similarities in managing the Yunnan area,the Qing Dynasty inherited some thoughts of the Yuan Dynasty.As the times progress and society advances,the Qing Dynasty has some originalities,which displays the histrical development.
