| 摘 要： | 冷战后,美国历届政府对建立由自己主导的"世界新秩序"的追求是一以贯之的.在"反恐"背景下进行的伊拉克战争,是美国借以推进"世界新秩序"的又一重大尝试.通过伊拉克战争,美国大大推进了其"世界新秩序"计划,控制世界的能力有了进一步增强,但还没有强大到足以掌控世界的程度,这使得国际社会在呈现出单极特色的同时,也给多极力量的发展留下了相当广阔的空间.

| Abstract: | After the Cold War,each term of the government of the United States consistently pursues to establish the new order of the world dominated by itself.The Iraq war under the background of"anti terrorist",is another important attempt to advance it.Although by the war,the United States has greatly moved forward its new plan,it has not strong enough to control the whole world.This not only made the international society taking on a monopole world,but also left behind a wide space for more powers' development. |
