| 摘 要： | 文章针对茶文化论著中对《诗经》有关诗句的错误理解，从字源学、名物学、植物学、文学文本等角度对《诗经》中有关的诗句进行剖析与论证：《诗经》中“荼”字不是指“茶”，而是一种“苦菜”。茶文学的源头不应在《诗经》时代。
