高职教育必须重视人文素质培养

高职院校在实现人才培养目标中,需要正确认识和处理职业技术教育与人文素质教育的关系,既要根据客观实际重视职业技能教育,又要从人才素质结构、全面发展出发重视人文素质培养。为此,要改革课程体系,创建人文素质教育环境,并把人文素质教育与专业教学、社会实践活动结合起来,培养出适合社会需要的具有较高综合素质的技能型人才。

In order to achieve the aim of personnel training,the higher vocational college should correctly understand and deal with the relationship between vocational skills education and humanistic quality education.That is to say,the higher vocational college should not only pay much attention to the vocational skills education according to objective reality,but also attach importance to humanistic quality training according to talent quality structure and all-round development.So we should reform curriculum system,establish humanistic quality education environment,and combine humanistic quality education,professional teaching and social practice activities.Thus,we can train the skilled personnel with higher comprehensive quality that can meet the social demand.
