高等教育发展形势下的高水平教师的培养——评析湖北地区高校学科带头人、学术骨干培养的探索与实践

高校学科带头人和学术骨干队伍的建设对于提高教师队伍整体素质、推动学科建设、提升科学研究水平等具有重要的辐射与支撑作用,受到教育行政部门和高校日益广泛的重视。调查研究表明:湖北地区高校学科带头人和学术骨干呈现出学历高、职称高、年轻化、教学与学术水平较高、科研能力较强等特点。但是在新世纪,从建设高水平大学的制高点上,用构筑人才高原的战略思路来审视,湖北地区高校学科带头人和学术骨干建设工作还存在着数量不足、分布不均、流失严重、教学和学术研究质量欠缺、投入不足等不同层面上的问题。

Training Highly-qualified College Teachers under the New Situation of Higher Education Development:Analysis on Training of College Disciplinary Leaders and Backbone of Academic Research in Hubei

College disciplinary leaders and the backbone of academic research play a significant rde in the improvement of teaching body quality, course construction and raising of academic research level, which has drawn growing attention from both educational administration and colleges. A survey shows that young college disciplinary leaders and the backbone of academic research with higher degree, higher professional post, higher teaching and academic level have emerged in Hubei Province. However,to build high-level colleges in the new century,there are still problems as inadequacy in number, uneven distribution,low level in teaching and academic research and lack of fund in the construction of college disciplinary leaders and the backbone of academic research.
