The standard of the lawsuit testimony is a fundamental issue of the law of testimony and has a great significance in the reform of the way of trial. The current standard of lawsuit testimony has some shortcoming, which can be rectified with reference to the experiences of testimony in the lawsuit system of foreign especially western countries and in line with the national conditions of our country, in order to establish the probabilistic standard of testimony.
