| 摘 要： | 通过分析粮食应急运输的特点与难点，从应急管理、运输组织优化等方面着重研究和探讨粮食应急运输调度问题，并提出了基于出救点数目最小的二层优化数学模型的粮食应急调度方案及其求解方法，通过数值算例验证了所建模型的合理性与有效性。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the characteristics and difficulties in logistic distribution of grain transportation under emergent situations and stresses efficient logistic distribution in terms of emergency management and optimizing transporting organization. It presents an approach to the operation of emergency logistic distribution in response to the urgent demands in crucial periods. In the light of a proposed two-layer emergency logistic distribution conceptual framework, the proposed methodology involves a plan and a solution to grain emergency logistic distribution based on the smallest depot number of the quadratic optimal mathematic model. The paper tests the functionality and efficiency via data-calculating. |
