| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the graduates employment in recent years, this essay tries to deal with how to improve the quality of graduates training so as to meet the needs of the society. The three aspects concerned are: emphasizing graduates innovation, reforming training pattern and training methods, and reinforcing teaching management and supervision. |
