| 摘 要： | 突破传统的民商法范式,从行政权力的视角,开展房地产登记制度的研究,适应了深化行政管理体制改革的现实需要.从行政权力的视角看,我国房地产登记制度面临三重困境,即观念层面的官本位、体制层面的改革不彻底、制度层面的法治不完备.改革完善我国房地产登记制度可以从以下方面着力:树立服务理念,理顺权力与权利的关系,统一登记制度,强化法治监督,完善权利救济.
