| 摘 要： | 高校文化素质教育课程的设置原则,是对文化素质教育内容和形式的体现。文化素质教育课程的设置,应当遵循科学的原则,包括体系化原则、渗透性原则、开放性原则,并且紧密围绕思想政治教育,把握为人的全面发展而服务的目标,这样才能有效指导文化素质教育课程建设。

| Abstract: | The principle of curriculum design in colleges has represented the content and the form of cultural quality education. Therefore, the design should follow the principles of science including systematic principle, permeable principles and opening principle, and focus on ideological and political education, aiming at serving for human＇s overall development so that it could guide the construction of cultural quality education effectively. |
