| 摘 要： | 如何提升中小企业的技术创新能力是摆在我们面前的重大课题。国际经验表明．通过构建完善的技术创新社会化服务体系是提升中小企业技术创新能力的有效途径。通过对广东龙江家具产业集群环境下中小企业创新社会化服务体系调查发现．由于融资环境不完善、人力资源缺乏、法制环境不健全、信息化程度不高、产学研联系不紧密等原因．中小企业技术创新能力弱且动力不足。当务之急要通过构建和完善社会化服务体系来提升中小企业技术创新能力。
