高校教育管理人员工作满意度研究——基于对浙江省11所高校的调查

采用自编的《高校教育管理人员工作满意度调查问卷》对浙江省11所高校57-7名教育管理人员工作满意度总体状况及其影响因素进行了调查研究。结果表明：（1）高校教育管理人员工作满意度主要影响因素可分为工作回报、工作关系、组织气氛、个人发展、工作时间、工作成就、工作条件、工作压力8类；（2）目前高校教育管理人员总体工作满意度处于中等偏上水平，工作回报、工作关系和个人发展是其主要来源；（3）8个因子满意度和总体工作满意度在高校教育管理人员的性别、年龄、年薪、学历、职称、人员编制、学校类型等变量上存在显著差异。

A Study on Job Satisfaction of University Educational Administrative Staff:A Survey Based on 11 Universities in Zhejiang

With 577 educational administrative staff from 11 universities in Zhejiang surveyed,this study investigated the general situation of job satisfaction of university educational administrative staff and the factors influencing their job satisfaction by using the self-made questionnaire "A Survey of Job Satisfaction of University Educational Administrative Staff".The results show that:(1) 8 factors mainly affect their job satisfaction,i.e.,income and welfare,working relationships,organizational atmosphere,personal development,working hours,job achievement,working conditions,and job stress;(2) the overall job satisfaction of university educational administrative staff is at upper middle level,mainly influenced by income and welfare,working relationships,and personal development;(3) there exist significant differences among 8 factors and overall job satisfaction in variables like gender,age,income,educational background,professional title,personnel posts,and types of school.
